DEREK CULLINANE – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Derek is Group Managing Director with responsibility for the performance of the company through the implementation of business strategy and an effective team. As the founder of Cullinane Group, Derek has been imperative in building Cullinane group from a small electric contracting business to a company that has experienced immense growth in the construction, electric and mechanical engineering sectors. Derek takes a very hands-on approach to the overall running of his company and brings extensive experience and subject matter expertise having worked in the industry before establishing the company in 2002. His role demands he liaises with clients on a regular basis and develops key business relationships so he can understand ever-changing client requirements. As well as the overall management of the business, Derek is responsible for business development. Derek is committed to updating and reviewing his professional training to ensure he remains on top of new legislation, best practise and technologies.
CHRIS PHILLIPS – ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
Chris has 35 years of experience in the electrical industry and has been with the Cullinane Group since 2010. He has extensive knowledge of a wide range of electrical facilities systems including LV, MV, HV (Substations, Switchgear, Emergency Generators), as well as a strong knowledge of UPS, VSD, MCC, and Heat Trace systems. He has extensive experience in the installation and commissioning of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems, and the installation and commissioning of Cat5, Cat6, and Cat7 data commissioning systems. Chris is also certified in the install of Transair compressed air systems. Chris is customer focused and ensures projects are delivered to the highest quality standard.
JOE FLAHERTY – ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
Joe has 22 years in the electrical industry and has been with the Cullinane Group since 2014. He has worked on a number of diverse projects across all sectors of the electrical industry; life sciences, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre and residential projects. He has extensive experience in the installation and commissioning of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems, and the installation and commissioning of Cat5, Cat6, and Cat7 data commissioning systems. Joe takes a leading role in delivering high-quality safe installations and ensuring client satisfaction are at the forefront of all projects.
